3)GO TO CHURCH--Find time to be alone and ask for GOD'S guidance and enlightenment.
4)HAVE A PET--This creates a therapeutic effect in your emotional stress.Pets are great absorbents of depressions,stress,pains and even sickness.
5)WRITE.WRITE.WRITE----Write anything what's inside your mind.Vent your emotional stress thru write-ups.
6)FOCUS ON MOVING ON---Do not allow that break-up shape your life nor control your entire humanity.Life is only once live it to the fullest.
7)SEEK ADVICE FROM SOMEONE--They may be your family,friends or relatives who have underwent they same situations with you.Ask how they cope up with it.
