1)CONTROL---Before indulging yourself into a nonsense word war or physical fight,try to halt yourself.Take a deep breath and close your eyes and pray.Prayers can calm you down and eventually kill that rage inside your heart.Take charge of yourself and safeguard your emotions.Do not allow evil overrule you.

3)RELEASE---That negative emotions in your body when accumulated,can cause damage to your health.Anger is one negative emotion that can dampen your well being.So instead of absorbing that virus,release it!Do not let it stay prolong in your systems.
4)EVALUATE--Before indulging yourself in a free for all fight,evaluate properly what will be the aftermath of this.Think above all the consequences before unleashing that raging bull in your heart and mind.My father once told me "FIND CASH,NOT CASE!"
